At SuperIP, we provide digital website security and malware scanning services delivered instantly via our cloud platform.
Because our services are digital and non-tangible, all purchases are considered final once the service has been activated or delivered.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in the following cases:

You were charged twice for the same subscription or plan.

The service could not be delivered due to a verified technical issue on our side.

Your subscription was canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before any scan or service was used.
After the service is activated (such as running a scan or using platform features), no refunds can be issued.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@superip.store.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current active billing period.
Trial or Promotional Plans
Free trials, demo access, or discounted promotional plans are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Processing time depends on your payment provider.
